Our Procedures:

1. Our technicians use a truck-mounted vacuum system with hoses that enter your home with a brush attachment
2. Each hot and cold vent is individually cleaned
3. Particles and solids are removed through agitation and suction
4. A disinfectant is applied to each duct to neutralize odors, sanitize, and improve air quality (optional).
5. The furnace is vacuumed and washed, including the filter

NOTE:
Compro recommends every furnace should be checked and inspected by a Licensed Natural Gas technician every 1-2 years or if there is any sour or gas odors.

With our truck mounted unites and the Hyroforce SX - 12 hard-surface and grout cleaning attachment, we can remove soil and dirt build up from your ceramic tile floors, and bring back the original colour of the grout.

Procedures

1. Vacuum ceramic tile.
2. Apply tile and grout cleaner.
3. Hard brush grout.
4. Rinse extract floor using our special Hydroforce SX- 12 attachment.
5. Towel wipe floor (approximately 45 minutes to dry).

NOTE:
Floors are slippery after cleaning; caution is urged until surface is completely dry.
