Furniture cleaning is a specialized service, and ComPro's certified technicians use fabric-specific procedures and cleaning techniques that provide the best results for delicate upholstery materials and custom-made furniture.

Our wet cleaning process allows us to extract the soiling by lifting the build-up with upholstery pre-treatment, light rinsing, and high-powered suction.

Our Procedure:

1. Inspect for condition and damage
2. Pretest fabric for colour-fastness, shrinkage, and moisture allowance
3. Pre-spotting (misc. spots and stains)
4. Pre-treatment of soil (arms and contact areas)
5. Wet extraction (truck mounted)
6. Application of residue-free neutralizer
7. Pile or nap setting (for velvets, velours, and synthetic suedes)

NOTE: Additional pricing will apply depending on complex materials, ie: tapestry, brocades, rayon material, antique, cotton, wool or crushed velvets.
