Our Procedure:

1. Pre-vacuum (beater-bar type vacuum)
2. Spot clean: (misc. spot and stains)
3. Pre-treatment of traffic soil (9.5pH)
4. Hot water extraction (steam cleaning)
5. Adjust, move, and replace furniture (we use blocks and pads)
6. Application of "Residue-Free" Neutralizer (Acid Rinse)

NOTE: Most carpets are synthetic fibers such as nylon or Olifen. Our hot water extraction method is the most effective cleaning process for removing soil, stains, allergens, odors, and pet dander in these synthetic fibers.

With certified and trained professionals, and high-powered cleaning equipment, our technicians can extract 85-90% of the water used in extraction cleaning; therefore, carpets should dry within 6-12 hours.

• Five rooms (ie: Living room, Dining room, 3 Bedrooms, hall, and stairs)
