Why do I need a "certified, professional cleaner"?

Certified cleaners and restoration specialists have the knowledge, resources, equipment, products and training to get the job done-right. IICRC certified firms are subject to ongoing monitoring, have access to the latest industry information, and must abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. By hiring a certified technician you are assured honesty, integrity, and the highest professional standards of workmanship.

What is the IICRC?

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration certification is a non-profit certification organization that provides standards, guidance, training, education and monitoring to the industry. Please visit http://www.iicrc.org for more information.

I get flyers, and see advertisements, all the time for "cheap", "quick" carpet cleaning-why shouldn't I just call one of them?

There are many excellent cleaning companies out there…and a few who are not so excellent. Hiring a trained, certified professional is the best way to ensure you will be satisfied with service, quality, and value. Some companies offer extremely attractive pricing, only to turn around and up-sell "necessary" products or services after the original quote. Others simply don't get the job done to your satisfaction, or the level of customer service is not up to par.

How is ComPro different?

We treat all of our customers the way they should be treated-we work for you. We respect the investment you have made in your carpets and furnishings, and the trust you have placed in us to take care of your cleaning needs. We provide a firm quote, up front, and we don't engage in "bait and switch" or pressure-selling tactics. We're more than happy to discuss our services and procedures with you, so you have the information you need.
